Edisto Memorial Gardens
Edisto Memorial Gardens is a municipal park at 367 Green St. along the North Edisto River, one of the longest blackwater rivers in the world. Once a dismal riverbank swamp, the 110 acres of moss-draped oaks, cypresses, dogwoods, crab apples and azaleas are especially beautiful in late March and early April.
