BMW Zentrum
BMW Zentrum is off I-85 exit 60, then w. to 1400 SR 101S, following signs. Displays highlight BMW achievements and products, including aircraft engines, motorcycles, formula racing cars, art cars and vehicles created for movies. A 15-minute video provides a factory tour as seen from the car's point of view and follows the creation of the models built at the adjacent BMW Manufacturing Co. Chapman Cultural Center
Chapman Cultural Cente is home to the Spartanburg County Regional History Museum, Spartanburg Art Museum, and Spartanburg Science Center. A 500-seat theater, where visitors can watch performances by the Spartanburg Little Theatre and Spartanburg Repertory Company, also is located here. Concerts, dance and educational seminars are held throughout the year. The history museum chronicles the area's history through archives, clothing, dolls, fine art, photographs, postcards and toys. The art museum features dozens of artworks, many of which were created by South Carolina artists. Hatcher Garden and Woodland Preserve

Hollywild Animal Park
Hollywild Animal Park is home to nearly 600 rare and exotic animals, many of which appeared in movies and television commercials. Numerous contact areas allow visitors to get close to the animals. Rose Hill Plantation State Historic Site
The former site of secessionist Gov. William Henry Gist's cotton plantation, the park includes the governor's 1832 Federal mansion, which features the original wooden-peg staircase, large Renaissance Revival furnishings and some family clothing and belongings.
